These applications are being considered as a “Discretionary Use” under Regulation 23 of the Town of Bonavista Development Regulations and meet the requirements of the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Regulations.
This Notice of Discretionary Use is advertised in accordance with Sections 19 of the Town of Bonavista Development Regulations, 2014-2024. Any person who wishes to comment on the proposed development is asked to contact the Town of Bonavista in writing on or before Tuesday, April 18th, 2023.
