The Town of Bonavista has received an application to operate a bed and breakfast accommodation business at 8 Ayles Road in the Mixed-Use-Heritage (MU-H) zone of Bonavista.
This application is being considered as a “Discretionary Use” under Regulation
86 of the Town of Bonavista Development Regulations and meets the requirements of the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Regulations.
This Notice of Discretionary Use is advertised in accordance with Sections 19 of the Town of Bonavista Development Regulations, 2014-2024. Any person who wishes to comment on the proposed development is asked to contact the Town of Bonavista in writing on or before Tuesday, April 18th, 2023.
