The Town Council of Bonavista wishes to make a change to the Town of Bonavista Municipal Plan and Development Regulations to allow the development of multi-unit dwellings off Dwyer Street for seniors housing. The 1.279-hectare site is proposed to be re-designated from “Public Use” to “Residential” and re-zoned from “Public Use” to “Residential Multi-Unit”.
The Town Council of Bonavista wishes to receive any comments or representation on these proposed changes. Anyone wishing to make a comment, objection, or representation should submit a signed statement outlining their concerns to the Town of Bonavista, by October 25, 2024.
