Town Council of Bonavista has adopted Municipal Plan Amendment No. 2, 2024 and Development Regulations Amendment No. 2, 2024 in the area of Beaver Pond.
A Public Hearing to consider objections and representations on the Municipal Plan No. 2, 2024 and Development Regulations No. 2, 2024 will be held on August 8, 2024, at the Garrick Theatre at 7 p.m.
Anyone wishing to make an objection or representation at the Public Hearing shall, at least 2 days before the date set for the Public Hearing, deposit, by hand, mail or email a signed statement with the Town Clerk of Town of Bonavista, 95 Church St, Bonavista, NL A0C 1B0 or email to info@townofbonavista.com or contact (709) 468 7747.
The Town of Bonavista Municipal Plan Amendment No. 2, 2024 and Development Regulations Amendment No. 2, 2024 may be inspected during normal business hours at the Town Office or an electronic copy may be requested by email.
